There is a growing phenomenon of circumventing commitments in the workplace by adding “ish.” How many times have you heard something like, “I should get this to you by 9-ish” or “The color is blue-ish”? It is our desire to heighten clarity and offer real-time commitments to our clients. “ISH” to us is striving to change the way people communicate with each other in and outside of the business world.

It is our desire to heighten clarity and offer real-time commitments to our clients. “ISH” to us is striving to change the way people communicate with each other in and outside of the business world.

Having both agency and client-side experience, Founder and Director Michelle Mariola left an International Corporate job in 2014, where she led the marketing and branding in North America and Europe, to start her own consulting business. Since then, she has used her 20 years of marketing experience to help companies develop their branding and identities. Her passion is working with marketing and management teams to help them execute a strategy that turns ideas into reality.

 

Michelle and her husband Jeff live in Chicago but travel every chance they get. Together, they have four children, two of whom live in Chicago, along with one in New Orleans and Eugene, Oregon. In their free time, they enjoy riding their Harley, which gives them a great excuse to visit their out-of-state children. Michelle is active in her community; she can often be seen running in 10K races, and she also volunteers her time to several local organizations. Michelle offers pro-bono marketing services to A Giving Heart Foundation and ATTCOM. She also participates in and helps with fundraising for Respiratory Health Association — Hustle Up the Hancock and Susan G Komen – Race for the Cure.
